Services Disclaimer

Our services involve 1:1 online consultations regarding naturopathic healthcare. If any new symptoms, side effects or problems occur from given supplementation or herbal medicine please stop the prescription and contact our clinic immediately, in writing.  

If we feel as though a case is out of our scope of practice we will refer on to more suitable practitioners. 

If we feel as though your safety and/or welfare is at risk, or that of the public’s, we may be required to contact emergency services. We strongly suggest for you to maintain support from your primary health care provider/s alongside our care. 

Cancellation Terms

Please note that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or change an appointment.  Failure to provide this notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the scheduled appointment.

Refund Terms

Zoe Rosa Wellness utilises external dispensaries for supplements. Refunds and exchanges are subject to the refunds policies of these individual suppliers.  

Regarding herbal medicine, a refund will be issued or a replacement provided for faulty herbal liquids. Personalised herbal medicine formulas cannot be refunded due to a change of mind.

Payment conditions

All payments for consultations are taken at the time of booking. A separate invoice will be sent regarding nutritional or herbal supplements and/or testing. Payments taken at the time of booking are solely for the consultation time and not inclusive of any nutritional or herbal supplements or testing. Additional services including nutritional and herbal supplements and testing will be invoiced and paid for separately via third party dispensaries. Prices listed on the website are in Australian dollars and are not subject to GST. Payments are made through this website and are processed using Square.
